Three Things I Can't Live Without
(1) My baseball cap collection - all of my hats have a "P" on them.
(2) Portable bluetooth speaker.  Every cook in our kitchen has one, because we all like to listen to our own thing, which can get a little ridiculous.
(3) It's a Tie:  Ace Hardware - where else can you get canning supplies and cat food under one roof?  Cinco de Mayo Mercado - where else can you get pig's trotters and fresh tortillas under one roof?

(1) My MAC chef's knife, for obvious reasons.
(2) My aquarium.  It's peaceful, keeps me focused, and I like having water in my presence.
(3) My baseball cap - for bad hair days!
